Your package has been carefully handled and inspected by our furry members before leaving our cat house. (minus the fur of course)
We use ECOENCLOSE brand materials for the safety of not only our environment but for all of our furry friends. Our shipping materials include biodegradable, compostable, and sustainable packaging materials.

All orders ship in 2 to 3 business days from Las Vegas Nevada USA.
Some orders may ship in multiple shipments.
We GUARANTEE all products shipped.
We track all products on a daily basis to assure quality assurance.
We are 100% responsible for all orders. If you have a issue it will be handled by us not a third party service.

UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS: 4.95 FLAT FEE SHIPPING
Shipments for the United States expire 30 days from shipping. If you have not received your order within 30 days we issue a 100% refund.
This is extremely unlikely, but can occur due to reasons outside of our control such as but not limited to acts of nature and postal union strikes.

ALL COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES: 12.95 FLAT FEE SHIPPING
All countries outside of the United States Shipment Delivery Estimate is 25 to 45 days.
Shipment Transactions for all countries outside of the United States expire 60 days from shipping. If you have not received your order within 60 days we issue a 100% refund.
This is extremely unlikely, but can occur due to reasons outside of our control such as but not limited to acts of nature and international custom delays.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTIFICATION FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES;
All customers who live outside of the United States are responsible for paying any taxes, duties or import fees.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days.
Please contact us within 7 days after delivery for all returns and inquires. Contact must be made within 7 days after delivery or the sale is final.
We carefully inspect every product before we ship.
In the unlikely event that a product is defective you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and stop use of the product immediately.

We offer to refund or reship the item per customers approval.
Our shipping policies are in place to assure our customers we will not use shipping partners or customs as a excuse to withhold goods or moneys paid. Please see shipping policies for more information.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All tamper seals must be unbroken and not voided.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. We only provide refunds of merchandise.  The customer is responsible for returning goods and making sure the packages are insured. We do not offer reimbursement for shipping goods back to us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Incanto@InternationalCatHouse.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Incanto@InternationalCatHouse.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. If you choose for us to email you a return label with postage paid. We will deduct all shipping costs from the merchandise refund once the items have been received.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you have not provided these services.

WARNING

Always supervise your pet while playing and check toys regularly for any hazards. Treats may also contain hazards so never leave your pet unattended.

Packaging and small parts can cause suffocation and choking. Always store or dispose of unwanted materials in a proper receptacle.

If you purchased any jewelry from us please keep it anyway from any sprays or lotions. Keeping your jewelry in the provided packaging will help it retain its beauty. If you have any skin allergies please use caution as with any jewelry.  We have provided all information on materials of jewelry on our product pages. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from our jewelry. 

International Cat House LLC is not responsible for any issues that may occur from any products that we sell. Checking toys and treats often and keeping up to date with all veterinarian appointments for your pet is critical in understanding if your pet may have any allergies to any type of materials. 

We inspect all products before shipment. Please make sure you inspect all products before giving to your pet. If you find a issue or have any questions please reach out to us before letting your pet have the product.
